The rooms are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you arrive after 7 p.m., we kindly ask you to inform us in advance. Please vacate your room by 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure.
Flowers
We will gladly organise a beautiful bouquet of flowers for you. Simply send your wishes by e-mail to info@jardis.it
Dogs
We love dogs! But we would like to guarantee all guests hygienically perfect rooms and therefore we have to ask you to leave your four-legged friend at home.

We are a non-smoking hotel. All rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking is only allowed outside.
Wifi
Can be used free of charge in the entire house. You will receive the login information with your room card.

Parking
There is a parking space for each room. Please park exactly within the marked lines. The entrance gate for the car park is open daily from 07.30 - 22.00. Outside these hours you open from the outside with your room card and from the inside with the button to the right of the gate.
Breakfast
Our delicious breakfast awaits you every morning from 7.30 a.m. until 10 a.m. In good weather, you can enjoy the cosy morning ritual outside in our garden.

Our new Honesty bar ist open 24 hour.
Coffee in self service every day until 20.00

Outdoor swimming pool
Our salt water outdoor swimming pool is heated with solar panels. Opening hours from mid-April to mid-October daily from 07.00 am to 7.00 pm.
Whirlpool
Opening hours: daily from noon to 7.00 pm. Just open the cover and enjoy. Sun loungers are available and are disinfected by us daily.

Bicycle rental
We are happy to provide you with our city bikes free of charge. Mountain bikes and e-mountain bikes can be rented through our partner Lana Bike.
Golf
We are a partner hotel of the Golf Club Lana and the cooperation Golf-in-South Tyrol. We offer a 20% discount on green fees at all South Tyrolean golf courses and at the Dolomiti golf course in Sarnonico. Information at the reception.
Meran Card
You will receive it on the day of your arrival together with your room card (seasonal) 15.10. - 30.06. The Merano Card is free of charge and valid for 7 days. Please validate with every trip.
